據(jù)外交部消息，澳大利亞總理阿爾巴尼斯于11月4日至7日訪華。這是阿爾巴尼斯就任總理以來首次訪問中國，也是自2016年以來澳大利亞總理首次訪華。中新網(wǎng)就此獨(dú)家專訪澳大利亞經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)家、新南威爾士大學(xué)商學(xué)院經(jīng)濟(jì)研究員、南澳大利亞政府國際參與顧問蒂姆·哈考特(Tim Harcourt)。

　　哈考特表示，此次阿爾巴尼斯訪華意義重大，旨在促進(jìn)兩年來經(jīng)歷起伏的澳中關(guān)系穩(wěn)定化和正?；?。他還稱，澳中兩國在清潔能源轉(zhuǎn)型和國際事務(wù)等方面存在共同利益，在經(jīng)貿(mào)方面也相互需要。(陳天浩)

China News Network talked to Tim Harcourt, an Australian economist who is the J.W. Nevile Fellow in economics at the UNSW Business School, and an advisor to the Government of South Australia on international engagement, to share his insights.

　　Tim Harcourt considered Albanese’s visit to China significant, and is partly to stabilize and normalize the bilateral relationship after two years of a bumpy ride. In addition, Harcourt said both countries have mutual interests in the transition to the green energy and international issues, and both need each other in the international trade system.
